Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior leader to drive transformative corporate real estate and facilities initiatives.

The role oversees end-to-end programs aligned with priorities, delivering on time and within budget through cross-functional collaboration with executives and external partners. The candidate will develop scenarios, analyze financials, prepare roadmaps and budgets, and secure stakeholder approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 12 or more years of related experience, preferably in corporate and commercial real estate.
• At least five years of leading a professional level teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of transformative programs engaging executive stakeholders and functional leaders.
• Drive development of scenarios and frameworks establishing requirements and outcomes with internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Conduct analyses including financial capital and expense requirements to develop final recommendations.
• Develop materials including priorities, roadmaps, timelines and budgets and secure approvals of stakeholders.
• Initiate approved programs activating stakeholders for implementation including communication and launch meetings.
• Establish plan and method to monitor progress with timely communication to stakeholders.
• Drive effective decision-making, resolving at-risk elements and ensuring accountability.
• Conduct program performance management and close-out with lessons learned for future use.
• Expected travel of 25%, potentially increasing to 50% based on needs.
