U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic CRE initiatives, technology implementations, and process improvements that drive efficiency and growth. You will partner with CRE leaders and technology teams to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

The role requires independent work, influencing without authority, and managing multiple complex initiatives across functions, including change management and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, develop, implement and evaluate strategic CRE projects.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet business objectives and user needs.
• Serve as liaison for Salesforce, nCino and related platforms.
• Lead teams and coordinate resources across functions.
• Drive process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support AI and emerging tech opportunities within CRE.
