CoStar Group’s LoopNet team in St. Louis, MO seeks a Sales Executive to partner with top CRE owners and brokers. You will design digital marketing strategies, demonstrate ROI using analytics, and grow a client portfolio through proactive prospecting and in-person meetings.

You will train with industry experts and leaders, expand market credibility, and represent one of the industry’s premier real estate marketplaces in a fast‑paced, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful full-cycle B2B sales experience in CRE, digital advertising, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and build client relationships.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of role.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – build trusted advisor relationships to drive advertising revenue.
• Business Development – prospect new clients and close new business.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales.
• Industry acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising and commercial real estate trends.
• Customer Focus – deliver excellent support with market insights and solutions.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as needed.
