Job summary

HDR is seeking a Scheduler II to develop and maintain CPM schedules, baselines, and updates for projects across the US. You will analyze progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and support schedule reporting and change tracking in a dynamic, employee-owned culture.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction scheduling, proficiency with Primavera and MS Project, and strong MS Office skills. Local presence in Colorado is preferred given the role’s onsite nature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Familiarity with Primavera, MS Project, and scheduling software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules of moderate complexity.
• Create baseline and updated CPM schedules with logic ties and milestones.
• Perform schedule health checks and fix data quality issues.
• Analyze progress, float, and near-critical paths; prepare narratives.
• Coordinate schedule meetings and support reporting cadences and change tracking.
