Job summary

Savan is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead CPIC, PPBE, and IT portfolio management for a federal client. You will align mission needs with enterprise architecture, IT investments, and budget execution while producing executive-ready briefings and documentation.

The role requires deep federal experience in CPIC, PPBE, and IT financial management, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and guiding governance boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional federal IT/enterprise-architecture experience.
• 5+ years leading CPIC, IT portfolio management, or IT budget initiatives.
• Experience supporting CIO/OCIO organizations and federal reporting requirements.
• Ability to translate complex data into decision-ready briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPIC, IT portfolio management and IT financial-management activities for federal CIO/OCIO.
• Advise stakeholders on aligning mission strategy with enterprise architecture and IT investments.
• Support full IT investment lifecycle from identification to retirement or consolidation.
• Develop artifacts, roadmaps, and assessment reports for executive audiences.
• Prepare executive briefings and portfolio dashboards for senior leadership.
