Job summary

Savan seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect (CPIC, PPBE Lead) to support a federal client’s IT governance, portfolio management, and IT financial-management activities. The role functions as a senior advisor aligning business strategy with enterprise standards and policy.

The ideal candidate will facilitate governance, analyze complex investment data, develop architecture-informed portfolio recommendations, and prepare concise executive briefings for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal IT investments and governance programs.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into decision-ready briefings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CPIC, PPBE, and IT portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPIC, IT portfolio management, and IT financial-management activities.
• Advise on alignment of mission strategy with enterprise architecture and IT investments.
• Support budget formulation, programming, execution monitoring, and spend-plan development.
• Develop investment roadmaps, capability maps, and transition plans.
• Provide executive briefings and decision papers for senior leadership.
• Mentor junior staff across CPIC, PPBE, and IT finance workstreams.
