Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Cost & Schedule Manager (S02) to join the Scheduling and Business Management leadership team. The role requires strategic adaptability, a high work ethic, and deep integration with Business Management and Program teams. The manager will support program execution, performance reporting, analysis, and compliance.
The manager will partner with Program leadership, Business Segments, Integrated Product Teams, and control account managers to deliver cost and performance reporting, financial forecasting, earned value management implementation, proposal support, earned cost assessment, risk/opportunity assessment, program baselines, and audit compliance.
Salary ranges between $146,600 and $219,800. Additional compensation includes overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and potential long-term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO, and other company benefits.
