The ideal candidate has a Top Secret clearance or SCI access, 8–10+ years in advanced scheduling, and deep expertise with MS Project, Open Plan, PS3, and Acumen Fuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or master's with 8+ years.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance or SCI in a lead role.
• Proficient in scheduling software (MS Project, Open Plan, PS3).
• Strong EVMS and scheduling process expertise.
• Proficient MS Office, including MS Excel.
• Experience with earned value management and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate EVMS scheduling process and training for programs.
• Support program baseline reviews, SRAs, and health metrics.
• Coordinate kickoff packages and program startup activities.
• Fortify team planning data and activity duration estimates.
• Collaborate with functional leads to ensure integrated effort.
