Turner & Townsend in Montgomery County, PA is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management on a portfolio of complex life sciences, laboratory, and commercial construction projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management experience in the construction industry.
• RICS accreditation or pursuing it preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale projects with moderate to high complexity.
• Experience supporting life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, or other technically complex construction projects preferred.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and present final cost plans.
• Review design team and GC estimates for cost accuracy.
• Coordinate cost information with designers, GCs, and clients; prepare cost updates and executive summaries.
• Produce monthly cost reports for client presentations.
• Manage cost checks, valuations, and post-contract cost variances.
