GBTI Solutions Inc in Texas seeks a program analyst to support corridor-level acquisition, funding, and BOMR operations for CBP and allied agencies. You will help plan, monitor procurement timelines, prepare requirements documents, and assist with market research and IGCEs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in facility management or related government programs; familiarity with TRIRIGA, SAP and SharePoint is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of facility management experience.
• Experience may be offset by additional relevant experience with Government client and COR approval.
• Resume must be submitted and approved by the COR and Government client before start.

Mansioni

• Acquisition support for projects; monitor procurement timelines and milestones.
• Assist Program/Project Managers with acquisition documentation (SOW, SOO, PWS) per policy.
• Assist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates; perform market research and analyses.
• Manage funding and budget: PRRs, tracking in SAP, monthly reporting.
• Support BOMR operations, maintenance, and repair contracts and related sustainment activities.
