Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years facility management experience.
• Experience offset by additional relevant Gov’t experience with COR approval.
• Resume must be submitted and approved by COR and Government client before start.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition activities, monitor procurement timelines and milestones.
• Assist PMs with acquisition docs (SOW, SOO, PWS) per policy.
• Assist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates; include market research and analyses.
• Track funding actions in SAP and TRIRIGA; coordinate with servicing agencies.
• Prepare monthly funding/budget status reports for the Government.
• Maintain MRO data and documentation in TRIRIGA and SharePoint.
