Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC seeks a Corridor Specialist in Grand Forks, ND to support CBP under the PPMSS contract. You will handle corridor-level acquisition, budgeting, and BOMR operations for USBP/AMO real property, coordinating with government managers and servicing agencies.

The role involves planning, tracking, and sustaining facility support, developing cost estimates, and managing funding records in SAP/TRIRIGA; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant experience may offset the requirement.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in facility management.
• Experience with federal facilities, sustainment, maintenance contracts, or construction support is preferred.
• Experience preparing acquisition documentation and independent government cost estimates and tracking budgets is preferred.
• Familiarity with CBP or similar systems of record including TRIRIGA, SAP, and SharePoint is preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour training is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with Facility and Infrastructure Managers, BOMR Corridor Managers, the Financial Management Branch, and servicing agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program acquisition activities, monitor procurement timelines and milestones, and assist Program and Project Managers with acquisition documentation, plans, and performance measures.
• Help develop Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, and Performance Work Statements per USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP requirements, FAR/HSAR policies.
• Assist with market research, determinations and findings, and analyses of alternatives with at least three vendors.
• Assist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates; maintain templates and process documentation; develop baseline estimates for recurring work.
• Manage, track, and report funding and budgets; submit PRRs; track actions in SAP; coordinate funding with servicing agencies.
• Track all project costs in TRIRIGA or successor; report funding and budget status monthly to Government.
• Support operations, maintenance, and repair contracts; analyze data to support sustainment planning and budget recommendations; brief BOMR Corridor Manager and Facility and Infrastructure Manager.
• Prepare monthly M&R coordination report; maintain data and contract information for Government reporting.
• Track and prepare documentation for task-order execution; monitor funding through federal purchase cards.
• Manage MRO program data including TRIRIGA records; maintain CBP SharePoint documents.
• Coordinate with BOMR Corridor Managers, Financial Management Branch, and project analysts on out-year budgeting and spend-plan analysis.
