Job summary

Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens is seeking a strategic Corporate Travel Manager to lead our travel operations team and drive service excellence. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align the travel function with organizational objectives and support travelers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires extensive travel industry experience, strong leadership, and a track record of implementing process improvements, automation, and reporting, while managing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in travel industry experience including travel operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and strategy
• Proven success in operational improvements and change management
• Experience managing supplier relationships, contracts and budgets
• Strong KPI analysis and reporting skills
• Expertise in complex ticketing, exchanges, and travel operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel policies/compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead Travel Services operations with a focus on service excellence
• Set departmental goals and strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives
• Monitor KPIs, service quality, customer satisfaction and productivity
• Implement process improvements, automation, reporting tools and travel technologies
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships including negotiations and SLAs
• Oversee travel budgets and cost-effective management of expenditures
• Develop dashboards for leadership visibility on performance and trends
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and foster accountability
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, vendor agreements and duty-of-care requirements
• Support complex travel needs during peak periods
