You bring 10+ years in travel, strong leadership, and hands‑on experience with Worldspan, Sabre, and Travelport+. A track record of cost control, vendor negotiations, and KPI‑driven improvements is essential

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the travel industry.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational strategy.
Experience with GDS platforms Worldspan, Sabre, Travelport+.
Experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and travel budgets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage KPIs and reporting for decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Travel Services operations with focus on service quality and efficiency.
Set departmental goals and strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Monitor KPIs, service quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Implement process improvements, automation tools, and travel technologies.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs; oversee travel budgets.
Develop reporting dashboards for leaders on performance and trends.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing travel operations team.
