Jackson and Coker is a top healthcare staffing firm with nationwide reach, specializing in locum tenens (temporary staffing), locums-to-permanent and telehealth staffing. We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care.

The Corporate Travel Agent works with the customer care team, recruiting team, and healthcare contractors to make travel arrangements.

• Use GDS system to book travel.
• Assist in making professional accurate travel arrangements for our doctors, including air, car and hotel.
• Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed.
• Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may experience.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Strong customer service and administrative support skills, coupled with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work well independently (self-motivated) as well as in a team environment.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills and accurate typing abilities.
• Professional and positive manner.
• Able to adapt to changing industry needs.
• Knowledge of United States geography.
• High School graduate, college training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate travel required.
• Experience with complex ticketing and exchanges.
