The role requires 10+ years in travel, strong leadership, and expertise in managing supplier relationships, budgets, and GDS systems. Expect a high-impact, collaboration-driven environment with complex travel needs.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in the travel industry, including travel operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving strategy.
• Proven success leading operational improvements and change initiatives.
• Experience with supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Travel Services operations with a focus on service excellence.
• Set departmental goals and strategic initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, service quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Implement process improvements, automation, and travel technologies to scale operations.
• Manage vendor relationships including contracts and SLAs.
• Oversee travel budgets and costs.
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Support complex travel needs during peak periods.
