BKM Capital Partners is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our in-office HR team. The successful candidate will source and assess candidates, partner with hiring managers, and drive end-to-end recruitment while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

This role emphasizes relationship-building and a proactive, collaborative approach. Candidates should have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate candidates to ensure technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring strategies.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting processes including interviews and feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings and ensure compliant practices.
