Performance Food Group seeks a skilled Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its corporate portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs, source top talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process from intake to offer.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders, strong interviewing skills, and adherence to compliance and reporting requirements. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of multi-discipline recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years' experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategies to recruit and select staff. Serves as consultant on recruiting practices and strategies.
• Recruits and sources qualified candidates via postings, job boards, social media, networking; screens applications and resumes; articulates value proposition.
• Maintains positive candidate experience and collaborates with hiring managers.
• Leads intake meetings with hiring managers to identify requirements and department needs.
• Manages applicant tracking data in compliance with OFCCP/EEOC guidance.
• Develops metrics to support hiring activity and partners with cross-functional teams.
