Core-Mark seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead for PFS Corporate to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines. You will advise hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and optimize candidate experience.

We Deliver the Goods:
Leads the recruitment activities for PFS Corporate. Develops and implements strategies related to OpCo sales and executive leadership recruiting activities. Performs recruitment activities in compliance with human resources policies and procedures and in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Serves as a consultant to hiring managers and leadership in all areas of recruiting. This person will be a talent advisor to the business and will lead the identification, development, and management of candidates through the entire recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree
4-6 years' experience with a minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines.
Exceptional interviewing, communication and organizational skills.
Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems and associated compliance.
Experience using a variety of recruiting sources to include job boards and social media.
General understanding of compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company to include senior leadership.
Strong business acumen.
Bachelor's degree
6-10 years of experience with 6 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines.
