Job summary

Core-Mark seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead for PFS Corporate to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines. You will advise hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and optimize candidate experience.

In this role you will collaborate with business leaders, stay current on regulatory guidance, and manage applicant data while aligning with OFCCP/EEOC requirements. A strong business mindset helps you influence decisions and grow the recruiting function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years' experience with a minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems and associated compliance.
• Experience using a variety of recruiting sources to include job boards and social media.
• General understanding of compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company to include senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience in foodservice or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategies to recruit and select staff. Serves as consultant on recruiting practices and strategies.
• Recruits and sources qualified candidates for open positions through postings, job boards, social media and networking.
• Supports the company's college recruiting efforts by developing relationships with partner universities.
• Takes a consultative approach to and maintains ongoing relationships with business leaders and HR staff to understand needs and build partnerships.
• Remains current on industry and regulatory activities that could impact HR programs.
• Manages applicant tracking data in compliance with OFCCP and EEOC guidance.
• Develops metrics in support of hiring activity.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and execute sound recruiting.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
