In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with HR, Compensation, and finance, and partner with business leaders across the organization to deliver high-impact hires and improved recruiting effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and early career positions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies, labor market trends, and compensation considerations.
• Lead intake meetings to establish recruiting strategies, candidate profiles, and interview plans.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates using structured and competency-based methods.
• Facilitate interview calibration sessions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead recruiting strategy meetings to review pipelines, metrics, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Negotiate offers with Compensation while ensuring internal equity and guidelines.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and sourcing effectiveness to identify improvements.
• Maintain compliant recruiting documentation and processes.
• Drive recruiting process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Share best practices and consultative techniques across the team.
