Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a Recruiter to source, evaluate, and interview candidates for open positions across CA clients, leveraging LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals and other platforms. The role requires recruiting experience in executive search or corporate settings and strong communication with leadership.

You will partner with Cogent Analytics teams, manage candidate pipelines, provide weekly reporting, and help train the recruiting staff to maintain high standards and timely progress

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search or corporate recruiting.
• Proven ability to source candidates across platforms.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other platforms.
• Review resumes for fit and coordinate first-round interviews.
• Conduct first-round interviews assessing culture fit and basic skills.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on recruiting challenges and opportunities.
• Train recruiting team to maintain success metrics.
• Collaborate with HR to manage candidate pipeline and update leadership.
