Job summary

Valley Truck Centers is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide onboarding.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship‑driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in automotive, commercial transportation, manufacturing, skilled trades, or dealership environments.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, career fairs, and industry partnerships.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in interviews and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation as needed.
