ALLIANT CYBERSECURITY is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment in Houston. You will source, screen, interview, and shepherd candidates through offers, coordinating closely with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in staffing or corporate recruiting, proven direct sourcing and negotiation skills, and a track record of maintaining strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years in staffing agency or corporate recruiting with full life cycle responsibilities.
• Proven direct sourcing, networking, and candidate-prospecting abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills, communication, and integrity.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and strategies.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process with hiring managers and HR.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout.
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates for current and future needs.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics; contribute to onboarding.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
