Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting or related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn and facilitate full corporate recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, corporate leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Create job descriptions, post roles, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Extend offers and guide new hires through onboarding, including first-day activities.
• Support veteran and refugee hiring initiatives through partnerships and outreach.
