We value a warm personality, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team. A Washington license in real estate is required or in progress, and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• License required or in process (Washington Department of Real Estate)
• Commercial real estate experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and extremely high levels of work ethic, determination, and motivation
• Warm personality and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Procure own clients and lead advisory and execution portions of specific transactions
• Manage relationships with portfolio clients who Hughes Marino represents on a national or global basis
• Benefit from Hughes Marino's extensive training program and support from internal teams
• Operate from a private office within a professional office environment
