Gpac in the United States is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney for lateral placement. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising.

Experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions and development is strongly desired, with a track record of representing landlords and tenants and handling complex transactions.

• 4+ years of experience with commercial transactions
• Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
• Experience with real estate financing, investment, and development

Responsabilidades

• Advise on commercial real estate transactions, financing and leasing
• Assist with acquisition, disposition and capital raising strategies
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, zoning and permitting requirements

An award-winning regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney for lateral placement. Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with commercial transactions in Washington state
• Commercial property representation for a variety of uses
• Acquisition, disposition, financing
• Environmental regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements
• Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
