You will manage broker schedules, proactively confirm project details, and support complex transactions while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role also helps uphold our award-winning culture by coordinating office events and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Five years in a professional environment with progressive responsibility.
• Commercial real estate experience not required but beneficial.
• Positive and client-centric attitude, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brokerage team to ensure world-class client experiences using our state-of-the-art database management systems.
• Manage and maintain broker partners' schedules and proactively follow up with outstanding communication to confirm project details and appointments.
• Support transactions involving many moving parts and collaborate with a variety of internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Carry out HM culture in our Houston office, including planning & executing team events and maintaining office operations.
