Job summary

The Agency in Seattle seeks a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join a lean, collegial team with a long-term path toward partnership. The ideal candidate has 7–15 years of transactional real estate experience, handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing, and can take increasing ownership of client matters while working closely with partners.

• Support partners while taking increasing ownership of client relationships and matters
• Assist with M&A, entity formation, and general corporate matters as needed

Our client is a well-established Seattle boutique law firm handling sophisticated real estate, business, and transactional matters. The firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join its lean, collegial team, with a long-term path toward partnership.

The Opportunity

• 7 to 15 years of transactional real estate experience
• 1,600 to 1,800 billable hours
• Direct client interaction and increasing ownership of matters
• Opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team
