The Agency in Seattle seeks a Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney (7+ years) to handle sophisticated acquisitions, financing, development, and related matters with direct client engagement in the Seattle market.

In a collaborative, boutique environment, you will lead deal teams, mentor junior attorneys, and work with regional and national developers and investors toward equity partnership.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active WSBA license.
• 7+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Deep mastery of real estate finance, JV equity structures, and title/due diligence.
• Proven ability to lead multi-party closings and manage client relationships.
• Portable book of business is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Acquisitions & Dispositions: Structure, negotiate, and close complex property transactions.
• Real Estate Finance & Debt Structuring: Lead financing and workouts.
• Joint Ventures & Entity Formation: Draft and negotiate LLCs and JV agreements.
• Commercial Leasing & Ground Leases: Oversee complex leasing programs.
• Development & Construction: Review contracts and entitlements.
• Deal Team Leadership: Run due diligence and mentor juniors.
