Job summary

The Development & Corporate Relations Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue is responsible for cultivating corporate partnerships, securing in-kind donations, and stewarding relationships to advance the organization’s mission.

This role coordinates volunteer engagement, employee giving programs, and sponsorship opportunities, working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impact reports and recognition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years in nonprofit fundraising or corporate relations.
• Proven success managing corporate partnerships or employee giving campaigns.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, OneCause, Bloomerang).
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and volunteer activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate partnerships and in-kind donations.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate relationships and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with leadership to create tailored partnership proposals.
• Coordinate sponsorship benefits across events and communications.
• Design volunteer engagement opportunities for corporate partners.
• Track metrics and report on engagement and sponsorship revenue.
