The role oversees volunteer coordination, sponsorships, employee giving programs, and donor reporting, while strengthening relationships with corporate partners and community stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of four (4) years of nonprofit fundraising, corporate relations, or community engagement experience.
• Proven success managing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or employee giving campaigns.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with professional representation.
• Excellent project management, event coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, OneCause, Bloomerang) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Occasional evenings and weekends for events and volunteer activities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate relationships and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create customized partnership proposals and reports.
• Coordinate sponsorship benefits across events, communications, and digital channels.
• Design volunteer engagement opportunities for corporate partners and staff.
• Lead employee giving initiatives and coordinate related logistics and stewardship.
• Track and report on donor engagement, sponsorship revenue, and impact metrics.
• Ensure compliance with gift acceptance policies and reporting requirements.
