• Manage all aspects of assigned litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Oversee outside counsel, budgeting, pleadings, motions, briefs, and case strategy.
• Handle third-party subpoenas, including negotiations, document collection, review and production.
• Advise internal stakeholders and research case law to provide practical business-focused counsel.
• Develop scalable litigation-related processes to navigate recurring legal issues.
