Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our legal team in Columbus, OH. The role provides practical, business-focused counsel across a broad range of matters and serves as a trusted advisor to the company and its affiliates.

You will partner with leaders across the organization on governance, M&A, contracts, labor, compliance, and risk management while ensuring high-quality, ethical work and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience at a leading law firm or corporate legal department.
• J.D. from a selective law school, admitted to practice law and good standing in Ohio or another state with ability to become licensed in Ohio within 12 months.
• Outstanding written and oral business communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
• Ownership and accountability for projects; commitment to high quality work and ethics.

Responsabilités
