An International Manufacturing Company is seeking a Corporate Law focused Legal Counsel in the Greater Columbus area. This role involves significant responsibilities in Corporate, Commercial, and Business Law, as well as Litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of legal training and Ohio Bar Licensure. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a 401k and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of legal training in Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts.
• Experience in corporate governance or M&A is a plus.
• Ability to waive in to Ohio Bar licensure.
