Ideal candidates hold a J.D., Ohio bar eligibility, and 3–7 years of relevant experience in a top law firm or corporate environment, with strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a selective law school and Ohio bar eligibility.
• 3–7 years of experience in law firms or corporate settings.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and business communication skills.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, M&A, and regulatory counsel to the company.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and manage commercial matters.
• Partner with leaders to address labor, compliance, and risk issues.
• Oversee risk management and collaborate with outside counsel as needed.
