Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 11+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Risk Management processes with respect to coverage placement, contract review, insurance compliance, claims management, insurance recovery.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support the company’s insurance strategy and portfolio across property, casualty, executive liability, cyber, and aerospace coverages.
• Manage budgeting, premium allocation, forecasting, and cost reporting for the insurance program.
• Lead renewal cycles, negotiate terms, and maintain carrier relationships.
• Identify and implement risk financing strategies including self-insurance or captives.
• Oversee risk identification, analysis, and modeling across units and facilities.
• Provide support for claims processes and coordinate with partners.
• Lead review and negotiation of insurance language in contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align risk transfer with organizational objectives.
• Mentor and develop the insurance and risk management team.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports on program performance and risks.
• Travel as needed (typically <10%).
