Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is offering a Non-Technical Intern position for a summer internship. You will engage in hands-on projects in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment, mentored by experienced professionals and exposed to cross-functional workshops.

You will collect and analyze data, assist in documentation, participate in planning meetings, and learn about SNC's business operations across finance, marketing, HR, and more. The program emphasizes collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior or senior in college or technical school with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
• Must have been an SNC Summer 2026 Intern.
• Currently enrolled in a program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Participate in actual projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals in your field.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and team goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.
• Participate in workshops designed to provide a deeper understanding of the business and company culture.
