Job summary

Oracle is seeking a capable events professional in Denver to assist in developing and executing corporate event marketing programs. The role covers pre-event vendor selection, budget approvals, and demand generation, plus on-site execution and post-event lead management.

You will help with venue selection, creative concept design, production, and follow-up plans to ensure customer satisfaction and program impact. This position emphasizes teamwork across vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Assists in pre-event program needs including vendor selection and management.
• Supports budget development and approvals for corporate events.
• Assists with event registration, demand generation, and venue management.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of pre-event program needs including but not limited to vendor selection and management, budget development and approvals, event registration and demand generation, venue selection and management (F & B, operations, etc.).
• Manages all aspects of on-site event execution either directly or through outsourced vendors.
• Manages all post-event activities including development and execution of follow up plans for event attendees, uploading and tracking leads, wrap-up reports.
