Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate event coordination experience.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and themes for conferences, meetings, trade shows, and holiday parties.
• Prepare and manage event budgets within financial constraints.
• Create timelines and project plans to ensure timely execution.
• Research and coordinate vendors (caterers, AV, photographers, decorators, transportation, security).
• Coordinate on-site setup, attendee flow, signage, and registration.
• Design and implement marketing plans to promote events internally and externally.
• Ensure events reflect CCM brand in materials, signage, and messaging.
• Track post-event feedback and assess effectiveness.
