Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to develop and execute internal and external communications that inform, engage and strengthen CCM’s relationships with employees, media, customers and partners.

You will advise senior leaders, manage projects from strategy through delivery and measure impact to tell CCM’s story consistently. This on-site role in Cleveland requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in corporate communications.

Qualifications

• You must have strong writing and editing abilities with knowledge of AP style.
• Experience coordinating communications projects from planning through delivery.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external communications plans.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, audiences, channels and timing.
• Manage communications projects from strategy through stakeholder coordination and delivery.
• Create press materials, employee communications, talking points and newsletters.
• Support media relations, executive visibility and crisis communications.
• Monitor coverage and analyze performance to improve strategy.
