Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist Loan Officers with planning branch engagement events and coordinating with internal teams. You will help develop event assets and provide operational support for onsite headquarters and traveling roadshows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of event planning, creation, and coordination experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and vendor management skills.
• Advanced organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Loan Officer branches to plan, host, and execute branch events.
• Assist with corporate events, including employee programs, training seminars, community initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute events in alignment with CCM’s brand identity, mission, vision, and core values.
• Develop social and educational experiences: employee events, seminars, outings, dining, and conferences.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and deliverables from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Creative Team to develop event materials, signage, and promotional assets reflecting CCM’s brand.
• Manage multiple events and priorities with organization and timely execution.
• Provide on-site support for corporate and large-scale events ensuring logistics are executed effectively.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including select evenings and weekends.
• Travel up to 30% as required to support events.
