Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar.
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies with minimal guidance.
• Ability to communicate clearly on legal matters to internal and external audiences.
• Experience mentoring and leading others in a corporate setting.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and best practices for legal review.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Provide specialist advice on interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
• Contribute to functional strategy with specialist insights to meet business needs.
• Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines within area of expertise.
• Act as subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and communicating decisions.
• Create practical templates and playbooks to support consistent legal review.
