Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in good standing.
Advanced ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies.
Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service with guidance from senior colleagues.
Provide specialist advice on interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex queries.
Contribute to functional strategy with specialist expertise to meet business needs.
Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines to meet key principles and ensure compliance.
Act as subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management; maintain external accreditations.
Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and communicating decisions.
