The successful candidate will design templates and playbooks, explain legal concepts to stakeholders, and maintain a strong understanding of current regulations to support business decisions.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of law firm experience handling complex legal and business issues independently.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to internal business partners and external audiences.
• Experience mentoring and leading teams and providing guidance to colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Provide specialist advice on interpretation and application of policies and procedures to resolve complex queries.
• Contribute to functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights to meet business needs.
• Draft policies, procedures, and related guidelines within your area of expertise to meet key principles and ensure compliance.
• Act as subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team.
• Maintain external accreditations and keep up with current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices.
• Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders and their needs, issues, and concerns.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and best practices to support consistent legal review.
