Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of law firm experience with a track record of handling complex legal matters.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to internal and external audiences.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Provide specialist advice on policies and procedures; resolve complex queries.
• Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with external requirements.
• Act as SME in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and best practices for consistent legal review.
