LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide legal advice across multiple disciplines and guide strategic decision-making. You will act as a trusted advisor and business partner, mentoring others and shaping practical solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, development of templates and playbooks, and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar of a state in good standing.
• 3+ years of law firm experience handling complex legal and business issues independently.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies with guidance.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deliver the organization’s legal service with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Provide specialist advice on interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
• Contribute to strategic functional objectives with specialist insights.
• Draft policies, procedures, and related guidelines to meet key principles and requirements.
• Act as SME in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management; maintain external accreditations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and communicating business information.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and best practices for consistent legal review.
