Job summary

Experity, a mission-driven company transforming on-demand healthcare, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations across the organization. You will oversee the general ledger, payroll, revenue recognition, and month-end close, ensuring timely U.S.

GAAP-compliant reporting and a strong control environment. You will build scalable processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead a high-performing finance group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including leading accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, revenue accounting, and month-end close.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while improving consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Design and implement standardized processes that create consistency across the accounting organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues impacting customers, billing, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
