Experity, Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead all accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and month-end close under U.S. GAAP.

You will design scalable processes, strengthen internal controls, and guide a high-performing accounting team, while partnering with cross-functional groups to support billing and reporting. Remote work options available for US-based applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Experience in software/SaaS, healthcare technology, or multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, revenue, and month-end close.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements across the accounting function.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear development paths.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customers, billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
