Job summary

Claritas Rx LLC is seeking a high‑caliber Controller to own all accounting operations, month‑end close, payroll, AP/AR, and tax compliance in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed SaaS environment. You will lead continuous process improvements, drive scalable controls, and partner with Revenue Operations and Legal to ensure contract terms convert to revenue.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, and deep knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15, with experience in NetSuite and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager in SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses (PE-backed preferred).
• Mastery of NetSuite, Bill, and related accounting/finance systems.
• Deep technical knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 for SaaS and service contracts.
• Experience with complex contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition for multiple concurrent SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and all close activities.
• Ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition compliance across revenue streams.
• Own tax filings, sales/use tax, and regulatory compliance with external advisors.
• Develop and implement scalable internal controls and efficient workflows.
• Lead and mentor accounting team and partner with leadership on budgeting/forecasting.
